The youth organization of the First Methodist Church here will institute a campaign throughout the community the next two Saturdays for the collection of clothing for the orphan children of war-stricken Korea.
A house-to-house canvass is being planned by the membership of the organization on these two days, and all residents who would contribute their discarded wearables to this worthy effort are requested to have them ready for pickup.
Those who might not be contacted on the rounds and who might wish to help are requested to call Mrs. J. D. Waller, who will arrange for their immediate pick-up.
The church youngsters who are doing this noble work in favor of their unfortunate neighbors abroad should have the cooperation of the people of the community in this effort.
