Mrs. Elizabeth (Gentry) Waller, who has been associated with the Athens radio station for the past two years, has resigned that positionand accepted full-time employment in the news department of The Malakoff News to serve the paper as Society Editor.

Mrs. Waller, a native Malakoffian, is the daughter of Mrs. Dodge Gentry and the late Mr. Gentry, and is well-known throughout this section.  She is an experienced news gatherer and writer, and the news publishers feel fortunate in having been able to secure her services.

Mrs. Waller, though she has been connected with the News on a part-time basis the past month, assumed her regular work with the paper April 1.

The publishers, and Mrs. Waller, invite the people of the community to call her at her residence, Hudson 9-2251 or contact her at the News Office, Hudson 9-2451, as they have news items to report.
